Fail to fech MariaDB repo 404 error

E: Failed to fetch http://mirror.aarnet.edu.au/pub/MariaDB/repo/10.0/ubuntu/pool/main/m/mariadb-10.0/mysql-common_10.0.21+maria- 1~trusty_all.deb 404 Not Found

Isn’t it good idea to have local repo and not depending upon 3rd party urls?
